About Us
Regina Glenn has more than 35 years of experience in management, marketing, training, and diversity inclusion with a strong emphasis on the diversity management for large public work contracts working with government agencies on transportation and water projects. Her responsibilities have included community outreach, public involvement, strategic planning, diversity and inclusion management, small business development, project management, diversity plan development, and communication plan development.
Regina has managed small business training and development, diversity compliance and quality control, outreach and interviewing for disparity studies, DBE/MWBE reports, facilitation, and focus group development.
Noteworthy Projects:
- As Vice President for the Multicultural and Small Business Development, Regina manager this outreach program for the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.
- Regina managed the Diversity and Inclusion Program for WSDOT's Urban Mobility, and Access Megaprograms (UMAM). Read more about the UMAM programs here.
- Pacific Communications Consultants, Inc. also provides small business outreach for the Pine Street Group’s $1 billion dollar “ADDITION” project for the Washington State Convention Center.
- Supporting Anchor QEA for their work with the Port of Seattle.
- Economic Development lead for the Sound Transit MATOC with RailPros.
- Economic Development lead for Morgner on Sound Transit's MATOC.
